I am going to be on holiday in the UK over Christmas (Yay!) and I won’t be able to do a lot of blog hopping or replying to comments, but I would still love it if you do comment! I will reply ASAP when I get back !

This is my sixth Blogmas post for 2019!! This is the ‘Tis the Season Book Tag created by Bookishly Richie on Youtube. I’ve embeded his video in the post at the bottom so you guys can watch it! Thank you Richie for making this tag! Without further ado, let us continue.
The covers link to the Goodreads pages.
🌷 Do you have a favourite winter read? 🌷
Not really, but I always try to reread Harry Potter near Christmas! Although, that isn’t really winter, ‘cause my Christmas’s are in the Summer.
🌷 Find a book with blue on the cover! 🌷
Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel’s story is about to be completely rewritten.
🌷 Find a book you’d use as a star on a Christmas tree! 🌷
An Enchantment of Ravens by Maggie Steifvater. That cover is just…. Amazing!
A skilled painter must stand up to the ancient power of the faerie courts—even as she falls in love with a faerie prince—in this gorgeous debut novel.
Isobel is a prodigy portrait artist with a dangerous set of clients: the sinister fair folk, immortal creatures who cannot bake bread, weave cloth, or put a pen to paper without crumbling to dust. They crave human Craft with a terrible thirst, and Isobel’s paintings are highly prized. But when she receives her first royal patron—Rook, the autumn prince—she makes a terrible mistake. She paints mortal sorrow in his eyes—a weakness that could cost him his life.
Furious and devastated, Rook spirits her away to the autumnlands to stand trial for her crime. Waylaid by the Wild Hunt’s ghostly hounds, the tainted influence of the Alder King, and hideous monsters risen from barrow mounds, Isobel and Rook depend on one another for survival. Their alliance blossoms into trust, then love—and that love violates the fair folks’ ruthless laws. Now both of their lives are forfeit, unless Isobel can use her skill as an artist to fight the fairy courts. Because secretly, her Craft represents a threat the fair folk have never faced in all the millennia of their unchanging lives: for the first time, her portraits have the power to make them feel.
🌷 Pick one fictional place that would be perfect for a winter vacation 🌷
I would probably have to say Hogwarts or… Wait! No! I would go to Hogsmeade and then go to the open day at Hogwarts (I’m assuming they will do one since they are a school).
🌷 Pick one fictional character you would take with you on a winter vacation 🌷
I have recently realised that I have not talked a lot about the Lunar Chronicles! Who else could I take other than Captain Thorne? He would be a lot of fun!
🌷 Name one book on your wishlist this year 🌷
Just one? Oh, honey. It would be easier for you to look at my TBR shelf on Goodreads. That alone is 32 books (and yes, I have recently culled it down).
🌷 Favourite holiday drink, treat and movie? 🌷
My favourite drink would have to be the Bundaberg spiced ginger-beer that they release at Christmas time! It is perfect since I have Christmas during the summer. Treat? My stepmum makes the BEST Christmas tarts, they are addictive. I have to say Love Actually for a movie. Every year, as a family we sit down and watch it for Christmas.
I won’t be tagging anyone this Blogmas, but feel free to do this tag! Link back to me so I can see it 🙂
